Ingredients

Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Sweet Basil, Organic Parsley, Organic Oregano, Organic Celery, and Organic Thyme

Use Guide

Herb-infused vinegar isn’t just for salads.

Try our vinegars...

  • As a finishing splash on roasted veggies or grilled chicken
  • Whisked with olive oil for a 5-second dressing
  • Mixed into sparkling water for a farmhouse tonic
  • Drizzled over berries, cheese, or ice cream (oh, yes we did!)
  • Added to marinades for that “secret ingredient” flavor

Quality & Value

All of our herb-infused vinegars are infused and bottled in small batches. Each has a 'best by' date on the bottom of the bottle.

Although vinegars are one of those wonderfully stable, almost “forever” pantry items, we recommend using within 9 to 12 months for the best flavor.

Storing vinegar in a cool, dark place (or even refrigerated after opening) helps maintain freshness and color longer.

Have you ever asked yourself why those other brands aren't USDA certified organic?

We’ve asked ourselves the same question - and that’s why we made a different choice. Every product we make is reviewed for organic compliance and integrity because your health is too important to compromise.

Certification means transparency, traceability, and real accountability, from the farm to you.

Only what nature intended. Farm-grown herbs, nothing else...

For 25 years, we’ve been growing flavorful herbs organically on our farm in southwestern Pennsylvania. You might ask what happens when we run out or can’t grow a plant (like cinnamon) in our climate? We only partner with other small farmers to ensure the quality and organic-integrity of every product. We always source certified organic and socially responsible fair-trade.

  • USDA Certified Organic

  • Farm-Grown Flavor

Have you experienced the extraordinary flavor of eating a fresh tomato straight from the garden or farmers market? Small farm-grown, vibrant flavor is what you can expect from all of our herbal products.

  • Wellness in Every Drop

We call them liquid sunshine — bright, tangy, and naturally restorative. Each herb-infused vinegar offers gentle digestive support and a reminder that wellness can be simple and delicious.

Product FAQ

FAQs

Are these herb-infused vinegars strong-flavored?

Since all of the herbs were just freshly grown at our Pennsylvania farm and our vinegars are infused in fresh, small batches, we can guarantee vibrant and potent farm-grown flavor.

What is the shelf-life?

Vinegar is one of those wonderfully stable, almost “forever” pantry items. Vinegar’s high acidity naturally prevents spoilage and harmful bacterial growth. Over time, our vinegar may become slightly cloudy or develop a harmless “mother” (a natural cellulose byproduct of fermentation), but it’s still perfectly safe to use.

For the best flavor, we recommend using our herb-infused vinegars within 9 to 12 months.

Storing vinegar in a cool, dark place (or even refrigerated after opening) helps maintain freshness and color longer.

What are the floaties in my vinegar?

Over time, our vinegar may become slightly cloudy or develop a harmless “mother” (a natural cellulose byproduct of fermentation), but it’s still perfectly safe to use.

You may also find bits of dried and fresh herbs preserved in our vinegars as well. They are all supposed to be there.

Is this processed in a facility with tree nuts?

While none of our herb-infused vinegars contain tree nuts as ingredients, we do use a few ingredients, such as cacao, vanilla, and dried fruits in our herbal teas, that are processed in the same facilities as tree nuts.

Rest assured that we take all allergy risks very seriously. Since all of our products are packaged by hand, we can diligently enforce cleanliness of hands, work surfaces, and simple equipment to minimize tree nut contamination risks in our processing facility.

What's your return policy?

Our food products are not returnable, even in an unopened container. Replacements can be sent for qualifying items damaged in shipment or for fulfillment errors. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
