We know you will love all the products we make here at Cherry Valley Organics!  That’s why we’re offering a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.  If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please let us know — we’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit.  

Unopened skincare product can be returned within 15 days of the original ship date for a refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs.  No refund is available if the original packaging is opened or the product has been used.

Food products, including herbal teas, edible flowers, dried herbs, and herb-infused vinegars are not eligible for return.

DISCREPANCIES AND SHORTAGES

If your order contains incorrect or damaged items, please contact us immediately, and we will ship a free replacement.  Unopened skincare product can be returned within 15 days of the original ship date for a refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs.  No refund is available if the original packaging is opened or the product has been used.

Our guarantee is limited to the purchase price of the product only; original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Qualifying returns are eligible for a refund to your credit card or payment account.  We are not able to honor requests for product exchanges.  Instead, please create a new order to expedite processing.
