How Ordering Our Fresh Edible Flowers Works:

We ship Fresh Edible Flowers from our Pennsylvania farm on Wednesdays and Thursdays only. During checkout, you will be prompted to select your Ship Date. Your flowers will arrive one day after the Ship Date you select.
The Order Deadline for each week is Monday at 5 pm eastern time for Wednesday and Thursday shipment the same calendar week. Preordering your flowers 2 to 3 weeks in advance of your event is encouraged.
Overnight/Next Day Shipping is required because fresh edible flowers are perishable products. UPS Next Day, Next Day Saver, or Next Day Early will be the only shipping options available during checkout. Free Ground shipping for orders over $90 does not apply to fresh edible flower orders. UPS Next Day Saver (Overnight) Shipping is free for fresh edible flower orders over $249.

Edible Flower Care Recommendations:

Our fresh edible flowers are shipped in an insulated bag with an ice pack to keep them cool and fresh. Upon arrival, unpack the box immediately and store flowers in the refrigerator until use. Flowers do not require washing before eating. Clamshells are packed 5-10% over the advertised count in case a few are a little worn out by the shipping process.

We recommend that you ship to arrive one to two days before your event. We have clients who are able to keep our flowers looking great up to 5 days after arrival, but we recommend using the flowers as soon as possible for the best appearance and freshness.
