How do I store my edible flowers?

Store your flowers in their unopened bag or envelope in a warm, dry location outside of direct sunlight. Once the pack is opened, put the flowers into an airtight container for continued storage.

What do the edible flowers taste like?

Most edible flower petals are flavorless. The one exception is marigolds, which taste like marigolds smell. For the mildest flavor, take care to separate brown and green flower parts as these will be more bitter.
