Bachelor Buttons (Centaurea cyanus) retain their intense color when dried quickly. We just love using these flowers for cake decorating, and now we have small packs available that are just the perfect amount!

Cornflowers have a very subtle flavor, and on a cake, have the consistency of coconut (without the flavor)! All of these flowers are organically grown and dried on our Pennsylvania farm.
