Use Guide

How to Use:

  • Always supervise your cat during playtime. Wool toys are durable, but not indestructible, and curious chewers can be creative!
  • Encourage natural play behaviors like batting, chasing, and pouncing.
  • To refresh the catnip scent, place a dry toy in a glass jar with freshly dried catnip for up to a week to recharge the scent.

Care Tips:

  • Spot clean gently with cool water only. Do not machine wash or soak.
  • Allow to air dry fully before the next play session.

Note: Some shedding of natural fibers may occur — this is normal and safe under supervision. Discontinue use if your cat begins to ingest pieces of the toy.

Jasper has been absolutely goofy since I gave him his new toy.  He was apparently kept for breeding purposes and, when someone proved that he wasn’t a purebred Ragdoll, the owner literally threw him out!  Neighbors tried to return him and were told that my furry friend was of no use to him.  Clearly not treated like a valued member of the family!  Who knows what his life was like in that place?  
 
Jasper is a largely sedentary guy, sleeping on my lap hours at a time. Every now and then, he’ll play with a wand toy for a few minutes at a time.  I’ve tried other catnip toys as well as buying “fresh” catnip, rubbing it on toys. He’d play for 5 minutes or so then leave it behind. 
 
I’ve looked at toys again and again only to find their tags say “Made in China”. I’m very picky about the quality of his food and where items in my home are made when possible.  So, why would I feel confident that materials and herbs provided in China would be up to my intent in providing healing focused care for my precious new friend?
 
I’ve looked for organic materials as well as those produced in the produced in the United States. I was so pleased to find you. 
 
My laid back cat immediately showed his playful, full on feline nature the second I presented your toy to him. He’s now been obsessed with it for over an hour!  Rolling on it, carrying it around, throwing it in the air, taking it up to the high perch on his cat tree, etc. Now, it’s a soggy well-loved piece of flannel in his secret hiding place. 
 
I’m glad I bought a second one to have in reserve. I have a feeling I’ll be buying more for him. I’ll also be purchasing for the cat lovers in my life.
