Grown at our organic farm in Pennsylvania, our herbs are harvested at their peak and dried while maintaining the highest quality and freshness possible with minimal processing. Leaves are in large pieces - crush before use to release aromatic oils and flavor.  

Rosemary, Rosmarinus officinalis, is one of the most aromatic of the herbs, the lemony-pine-like flavor is unmistakable.  Rosemary potatoes are among our favorite recipes, but we have also been known to pair rosemary with poultry, vegetables and just about anything we put on the grill.  We even put it on pizza now and again!
