Sage has a pungent aroma and a strong, slightly minty,taste. Traditionally, it's used to flavor sausages and in stuffing for fatty meats such as pork or your Thanksgiving turkey stuffing! For you vegetarians out there - sage is a great addition to mushroom orzo or risotto!
