Grown at our organic farm in Pennsylvania, our herbs are harvested at their peak and dried while maintaining the highest quality and freshness possible with minimal processing. Leaves are in large pieces - crush before use to release aromatic oils and flavor.
Stevia (Stevia rebaudiana) is a nature sugar substitute that does not raise blood sugar levels. Raw leaves of the stevia plant are reportedly 40 times sweeter than sugar, and can be used successfully in tea and baking.
Ground stevia leaves can replace other sweeteners in your freshly brewed cup of tea or coffee. Or, simply place a small partial stevia leaf into your tea infuser as it's brewing.
To use in baking, grind leaves to a fine powder and use 1 Tbsp. ground stevia to replace a cup of sugar (additional liquid or thickeners may be required, depending on your recipe). Enjoy!
